Embracing the Journey: A Beginner's Reflection on React
Hello everyone, today I will be sharing my experience in React. It is important because I am a beginner and I can feel that everyone and anyone who started React must have gone through or will go down the same road. So here is my summary of React, till now.
I started React a few weeks ago. Of course, I was excited but this excitement was deeply rooted in the soil of fear. Fear of failing and not being enough. This is a very common occurrence, I knew it but being common doesn't mean that I am not overwhelmed by the giant called React.
This fear fades off today as I made a very simple React project. The project is called "Docs", an app to take notes and then download documents later. The project is available for viewing on my Twitter account. The project being very minor, incorporates basic topics like components and hooks, and when I saw them working, or should say when I realized how they worked, React was no more a giant.
You guys too shall face this. I am not calling this on you but it is bound to happen and this is how we all learn, and I am glad I was confused and overwhelmed because without them, the clarity that came following them wouldn't feel so free.
I wanted to share this because I felt I should. I would now rest my fingers until next time.
